FCC Commissioner

This morning, in Washington DC, I got to listen to one of leaders of the Federal Communications Commission, Jessica Rosenworcel. The FCC is trying to figure out ways to close what they call the Homework Gap. This is when students are unable to do school homework once they get home because they lack adequate access to the internet. In the past we have called this the Digital Divide. There is still a lot of work to be done.
